PAYMENT CONDITIONS
M2 Srl accepts the following payment methods: Cash on delivery, Bank transfer , Bank check.
Bank Transfer
Payments must be made within the agreed terms with the Company or with your representative, to the following bank account:

Bank Check
Checks must be made payable to “M2 SRL” and filled out completely according to the agreements made with the Company or your representative, and must be handed over to the courier upon delivery.
Consignment Sale
Consignment sale conditions are privately agreed upon with the Company or your representative. Please contact M2 Srl for more information.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
The product assortment shown on M2 Srl’s website reflects the exact real-time availability of each item, including size and color, since the site is connected to all warehouses where items are stored. All stock data is updated in real time.
Once an order request is received, M2 Srl reserves the right to confirm the availability of the purchased items.
If the ordered items are not available, or if the order cannot be fulfilled for any reason, M2 Srl will immediately notify the Customer.
PRICES AND CURRENCY
All shipped orders are accompanied by an invoice in Euros, showing the exact total purchase amount, as required by international trade regulations.

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, as follows:

Shipping costs may vary based on the weight/volume ratio of the goods.
Shipping is free for national orders over €200 and international orders over €500.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
To ensure same-day shipping, orders must be placed by 1:00 PM.
Orders are processed within 48 hours of receipt and shipped after payment checks are completed.
Orders placed during sales or promotional periods may experience delays.
Please note: all customs duties are the customer’s responsibility.
ORDER DELIVERY
Upon delivery, Customers are advised to carefully inspect the package before signing to confirm receipt.
The goods become the property of the Customer once the package is signed for.
Possible situations:
- If the package appears to have been tampered with, Customers are advised to sign for the delivery with reservation or refuse it.
- If the Customer refuses delivery or requests return to sender, any return shipping costs charged to M2 Srl will be deducted from any refund due.
- If delivery to the provided address is not possible, the package may be returned to the sender.
All re-shipping costs will be charged to the Customer and deducted from any refund due.
RETURN CONDITIONS
Customers may return their order, in whole or in part, for a refund or exchange, for any reason.
Items may be returned within 14 days from the delivery date. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Returned products must be in their original packaging and in the same condition as originally shipped: not worn, washed, or altered in any way.
Shoe soles must be in the same condition as shipped, with no signs of wear.
All items must also be returned with their original labels and all accompanying accessories (dust bags, garment covers, charms, etc.), including the authenticity tag and security seal, which must not be removed or broken.
Damaged returns will not be accepted and may be sent back to the Customer at their expense.
Shoes and accessories must be returned in their original boxes, which are considered an integral part of the product.
RETURN PROCEDURE
If the Customer wishes to return one or more items, they must contact M2 Srl within 14 days from the order delivery date.
Our Customer Service will send an email with return instructions.
Customers are asked to follow these instructions carefully.
M2 Srl reserves the right to inspect returned items and, if the return does not meet the specified conditions, to return them at the Customer’s expense.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges for the same item in a different size or color, if available.
Return shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
Defective Goods
Items received damaged or with manufacturing defects are considered defective.
In case of defective products, please follow the same return procedure and attach photos of the defective items.
For clothing, ensure the washing instructions were followed. For shoes, confirm that the customer purchased the item within 4 months before making the claim (to distinguish between wear and actual defects).
M2 Srl reserves the right to reject unauthorized returns of defective items.
If the return is accepted, M2 Srl will ship a replacement item at its own expense or, if unavailable, offer a replacement item of equal value or refund the purchase price and shipping cost.
Refunds
If the Customer requests a refund for returned items, M2 Srl will process the refund as quickly as possible and no later than 10 business days from return approval.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method and account used for the original order.
The actual availability date of the refund may vary due to factors beyond M2 Srl’s control. Refunds are issued in the same currency as the original purchase.
Right of Withdrawal
Customers have the right to withdraw from the order for any reason under Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code).
This right is reserved for “consumer” customers only (natural persons purchasing goods for non-professional, non-commercial, or non-business use).
RETURN & RESTOCKING CONDITIONS
Returns are not accepted unless previously agreed upon at the time of order and approved by the Company, except in the case of defects.
Product exchanges are accepted with a 20% surcharge on the returned goods’ value to cover handling costs.
All returned products must be in original condition and in their original packaging.
Unless otherwise agreed when the order is accepted by the Company, exchanges are not accepted for unsold products if more than 70% of the ordered items were sold.
Shipping costs will be covered by the Company for domestic orders over €200 and international orders over €500.
